There is an attractive lawned garden to the rear of the house which is fully enclosed for the safety of children and dogs. This can be accessed from the kitchen and dining area. There is a small patio area with garden furniture, and a lockable shed provides secure storage for fishing rods, bikes, golf clubs and outdoor gear.
PARKING
There is on-street parking to the front of the property, or private parking which can be accessed via a side lane and a gated courtyard to the rear.
CHILDREN & BABIES
A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
DOGS
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be clean and dry before access into the property and must then be kept to the kitchen and adjoining sitting room only.
GUEST AMENITIES
The beds are made up with high quality bed linen, and a hairdryer is supplied in each bedroom. Bath sheets and hand towels are provided for guests along with hand soaps and toiletries.
WI-FI & MOBILE COVERAGE
Wi-Fi is available. There is no mobile reception in the property but this improves outdoors. A landline is provided for emergency calls and incoming calls only.
HEATING
There is heating throughout the property, with an electric stove in the sitting room and an open fire in the drawing room. A generous supply of logs is provided.
GUEST PRIVACY
Belvedere sits in a row of period properties which sits beyond the main village green. The garden to the rear offers good levels of privacy with very limited overlooking from the properties which sit at either side.
Located in Berwick-upon-Tweed, this vacation home is in a rural area. Norham Castle and St Cuthbert's Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Berwickshire Coastal Path and Magdalene Fields Golf Club. Traveling with kids? Consider The Swan Centre for Leisure, or check out an event or a game at Shielfield Park. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and horse riding nearby.
