The bungalow is equipped with modern amenities, including infrared panel electric heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a TV with Freeview. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a selection of books and games, and essential provisions like bed linen and towels included in the rental. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage, and a lawned garden at both the front and rear of the property. However, it is important to note that from March 26, 2023, there will be overnight roadworks in the area for one week, which may cause some noise disturbances.
