Its elevated position offers picturesque views of the surrounding fells and nearby cottages, making it a serene retreat rich in history. The cottage features classic elements such as beamed ceilings, stone-flagged floors, and a unique stone turned staircase, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere for guests.

The interior of Priest End is designed for comfort and practicality, accommodating up to five guests across three bedrooms. On the ground floor, visitors will find a quaint porch leading into a cottage-style kitchen and dining area, alongside a lounge equipped with a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing evenings. Additionally, there is a WC/shower and utility room for convenience. The first floor comprises one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one single bedroom, along with a bathroom to serve all sleeping quarters.

Outside, the cottage boasts a small paved area adorned with flowerbeds and seating at the front, while the rear features a terraced garden that ascends the hillside, offering breathtaking views from its grassy summit. The property is pet-friendly, allowing guests to bring their furry companions along for the stay. Although the host may not be available in person, assistance is readily accessible through The Wheelwrights Team located in nearby Elterwater.

Chapel Stile is conveniently located within walking distance to the village center, which includes a well-stocked convenience store, Brambles Cafe, and the local church, The Great Langdale Holy Trinity. Just a short distance away, visitors can enjoy local brews and homemade food at The Wainwrights Inn, as well as other notable establishments like The Old Dungeon Ghyll and Stickle Barn Tavern. The cottage is well-connected by a main bus route and is ideally placed for exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District National Park, with Ambleside, Grasmere, and Hawkshead all within easy reach.
