The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine, along with a cozy dining area perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. Additionally, a formal dining room with seating for six provides an excellent space for special occasions, while a comfortable sitting room, complete with reclining sofas, a Smart television, and an open fire, invites relaxation on cooler evenings. A convenient wet room is also located in the entrance hall.

As guests ascend to the first floor, they will find three well-appointed bedrooms, each offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious 6' super-king size bed, a television, a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room for added convenience. The second bedroom features another 6' super-king size bed that can be converted into twin 3' single beds upon request, sharing a generous family bathroom with the third bedroom, which is furnished with a 3' single bed and ample wardrobe space.

Outside, the Maltings Lodge showcases a large, south-facing patio equipped with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.
