Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a cozy lounge equipped with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a 43" QLED Smart TV with surround sound, ideal for relaxing evenings. Adjacent to the lounge is a dedicated office space featuring a Georgian desk and traditional furnishings, perfect for catching up on work or indulging in a good book. The lower level hosts a well-equipped kitchen/diner, complete with an antique dining table that accommodates everyone, making it a perfect spot for family meals.

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping five guests, with an additional option for a child. The first floor features a super-king size bedroom that can be converted into a twin upon request, along with a single room equipped with a Smart TV and a trundle bed. These two bedrooms share a shower room. A unique winding staircase leads to the master bedroom, which boasts a four-poster king-size bed, a Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. This bright and airy room offers stunning skyline views of Ramsgate through its double aspect windows and skylights, which are not covered, but provisions such as a black-out canopy and eye masks are provided for those sensitive to light.

The outdoor space of the property enhances its appeal, featuring a fully enclosed courtyard garden complete with a hot tub, rattan seating, and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Guests are provided with towels and robes for the hot tub, ensuring a comfortable experience. Additionally, a free parking permit is available for use around the Thanet area, facilitating easy access to local amenities, including a pub just 50 meters away, shops 150 meters away, and the beach only 300 meters from the cottage.
