Further north lies the historic village of Warkworth, known for its impressive medieval castle and the annual Puffin Festival held in May, which adds a festive atmosphere to the area. The cottage itself is designed for convenience, as all accommodation is situated on the ground floor, making it suitable for guests with restricted mobility.
