The first floor houses two bedrooms—one double and one twin—both boasting lovely sea views and the opportunity to witness spectacular sunsets over the Caithness hills. A small study area is conveniently located between the two rooms, while a bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the accommodation.

Outside, the cottage presents stunning sea views from the front, allowing guests to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the harbour. Access to the rear garden is available via a gate at the side of the house, featuring a tiered south-facing patio that serves as a suntrap—ideal for al fresco dining in the evening sun.
