Cockle Kitty Cottage is a delightful holiday cottage on the Scottish Borders, near Kelso, surrounded by incredible countryside, situated on Cliftonhill Farm. It has fantastic views with the Cheviot Hills on the horizon. In the summer and autumn months, thousands of organic sunflowers decorate the landscape.

Size: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.

Living area: Comfortable seating, TV, wood burning stove, hemmel-arch window and rosewood dining table by the French windows.
Kitchen: Electric cooker, fridge, microwave, slow cooker, toaster. Glass doors out to the south facing patio with views over Cliftonhill Farm.
Bedroom 1: Double bed.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds.
Bathroom: Shower over bath, WC and washbasin.
Outside: Sheltered south facing patio with panoramic views. Recliners, table and chairs, charcoal barbecue. Shared tennis court.
Parking: Parking outside cottage.
Heating: Biomass heating.
Pets: 2 dogs welcome at £25 per pet per week or part thereof. Please contact the holiday cottage agency directly to make payment.
General: Linen and towels provided. WiFi. Logs for the fire (pile of logs from fallen trees outside). Washing machine, iron, ironing board. Welcome pack including home grown porridge oats.

This vacation home is located in Kelso. Floors Castle and Smailholm Tower are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kelso Racecourse and Borders Abbeys Way. Scott's View and Woodside Garden Centre are also worth visiting.
