The ground floor of the cottage features a cozy sitting room adorned with a stripped floor, two comfortable sofas, and an electric fire with a flame effect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A TV/DVD setup and an exposed granite wall add to the charm, while a window seat overlooks the path outside. The kitchen and dining area is equipped with modern amenities, including an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, and dining table, complemented by a sash window that provides glimpses of the nearby St Nicholas chapel.
On the first floor, the cottage hosts two compact bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to four guests. The first bedroom features a double bed, a small basin, and a chest of drawers, along with a window seat that offers views of the path below. The second bedroom is designed with a triple bunk bed—featuring a double at the base and a single above—alongside a built-in wardrobe and a sash window that overlooks the charming rooftops of St Ives and the horizon. Access to Upper Meadow is pedestrian-only, requiring guests to navigate several flights of steps leading to the front door, with Barnoon car park situated up the hill.
