This level features five bedrooms, including two doubles and three twins, one of which is accessible for guests with mobility needs. The upper floor houses an additional eight bedrooms, comprising one single, three twins, and three doubles, with the flexibility for most twins to be converted into doubles upon request. Each bedroom is equipped with either en suite or private bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Outside, the property boasts a shared courtyard garden complete with picnic tables, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
