The property is centrally heated and boasts a contemporary granite-fitted kitchen equipped with a range cooker, American fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, making it ideal for accommodating large groups, with dining space for up to 23 guests.

The farmhouse's inviting lounge area features a wood-burning stove and leather sofas, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The utility room includes essential amenities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a separate toilet. The accommodation comprises a downstairs double ensuite bedroom, while upstairs features three double bedrooms, a triple single room, and a single bedroom, all adorned with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. The upstairs also includes a family bathroom, a shower room, and an additional toilet.

In addition to the main house, the property includes a barn designed in an upside-down style, where three double bedrooms are located downstairs, one of which is ensuite. A family bathroom is also available on this level. The upper floor features a spacious kitchen, dining, and lounge area equipped with home cinema surround speakers, a large smart TV, and a wood burner, perfect for entertaining. The church barn offers an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with a smart TV, while the mezzanine bedroom, which includes a double and a single bed, is not lockable. A double room and a family bathroom are located downstairs.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio with garden furniture, a climbing frame with swings, and ample space for exploration in the enclosed garden. The games barn, although unheated, provides a fresh-air environment for playing pool, table tennis, and table football. Situated near the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this cottage is an ideal base for outdoor activities. Nearby attractions include the Church Stretton Teme Leisure Centre, the Shrewsbury Darwin Walk, Lord Hill's Column, and the Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery, making it a perfect destination for both relaxation and adventure.
