The well-equipped kitchen features an Aga stove and opens up to a walled garden bathed in morning sunlight, along with a pantry. Additional amenities include a playroom, study, boot room, WC's, butler's pantry, and utility room.

On the first floor, Fring Hall offers accommodation for 20 guests, with 8 super king bedrooms, 2 single rooms, and a twin bedroom. The sleeping arrangements are complemented by 5 bathrooms, a shared shower room, and 2 extra WC's.

The estate grounds host various recreational facilities, such as a swimming pool and tennis court, as well as a picturesque woodland garden and a spacious garage with a courtyard for ample parking. Swimming pool and tennis court are open from 29th March to 30th September 10am to 4pm. They are shared by guests at all the properties between these times, outside of this the Hall has exclusive use.
