Visitors to the area can also explore a variety of National Trust properties and gardens, such as Batemans, Sissinghurst, Great Dixter, and Pashley Manor Gardens, all just a short drive from the cottage. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the surrounding landscape offers numerous walking paths that begin right at the front door, allowing guests to traverse the beautiful High Weald AONB and discover local villages and farmland along the way.

The cottage includes a comfortable bedroom with a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be configured as a twin upon request, complemented by an en suite shower room featuring a walk-in shower and WC. Outside, guests can relax on a private decked balcony with table and chairs, providing uninterrupted views of the garden and surrounding countryside—ideal for morning coffee or al fresco dining. Additionally, exclusive access to a hot tub and heated indoor pool is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm, enhancing the overall experience of this delightful countryside retreat.
