Situated on an elevated hillock in Machynlleth, Gwynedd, this charming glamping pod offers a serene escape in the stunning southern Snowdonia countryside. Nestled on a working farm, guests can enjoy access to scenic woodlands, walking trails, and a picturesque 0.25-mile riverside path that leads to a local café and pub, renowned for its excellent food and drink. The area is rich with attractions, including a famous mountain biking center, steam railways, bustling market towns, and beautiful beaches, alongside the breathtaking peaks of Snowdonia, Zip World, and Bounce Below, ensuring a variety of outdoor activities for all interests.

The glamping pod comfortably accommodates two guests, featuring a double bed and an additional double sofa bed available for an extra charge. The interior consists of a cozy living area with a sofa and dining space, a kitchenette equipped with essential appliances such as an induction hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, and a separate shower room complete with modern amenities. Entertainment options include a Freesat TV and a DVD player, although Wi-Fi is not provided, and mobile signal may vary, with EE coverage typically being strong.

Outside, guests can relax in the enclosed patio area, which boasts stunning views of the Dyfi Valley. The outdoor space includes a picnic table, a large charcoal BBQ, a fire pit, and a romantic chair for two, perfect for stargazing on clear nights. Ample parking is available, although visitors should note that there is a short incline from the parking area to the pod. The accommodation provides all necessary linens and essentials, along with a welcome pack featuring tea, coffee, milk, and a sweet treat upon arrival.

Guests are reminded that pets are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited inside the pod. For safety, supervision of young children is essential due to the farm setting. An Accidental Damage Deposit or Waiver may be required, and guests will receive detailed travel and key collection instructions via email upon payment confirmation. This vacation home is ideally located near natural attractions like Eryri National Park and Ynys Hir Wildlife Reserve, as well as local points of interest, including the Corris Craft Centre and King Arthur's Labyrinth, making it an excellent choice for a peaceful getaway.
