Built in 1809 and later acquired by the family of four-time Prime Minister William Gladstone in 1829, this historical castle has been beautifully restored to serve as a venue for family gatherings and celebrations. Nestled in the scenic Scottish Highlands, the estate is surrounded by rich history and outdoor adventures, with local attractions including a nearby distillery and the breathtaking Cairngorms.

Upon entering Fasque, guests are greeted by a grand hallway that sets the tone for the estate's elegance. The ground floor features a lounge bar and a luxurious formal lounge that overlooks the deer park, complete with a cozy open fire. For entertainment, there is a billiard room equipped with a TV and a full-size snooker table, alongside a well-equipped kitchen that includes modern appliances such as an electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional amenities on this level include a small study and a separate WC, ensuring convenience for all visitors.

The first floor of the castle boasts four spacious bedrooms, each adorned with original features and luxurious touches. The accommodations include a super king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a clawfoot bath, a king-size four-poster room with an en suite shower, and two twin zip-and-link rooms that can be converted into super king-size beds upon request. A beautifully designed family bathroom with a central freestanding bath and hydro shower is also available. The library on this floor provides a serene space for guests to unwind with a good book.

Crossing over to the East Wing, visitors will find four additional bedrooms and a formal dining/function room. This area includes a king-size room, another twin zip-and-link room, a family bedroom with two king-size beds, and an impressive master emperor bedroom with its own en suite bathroom featuring a clawfoot bath and hydro shower. Each room is equipped with modern comforts such as mini fridges, Espresso coffee machines, and Sonos sound systems. The estate encourages exploration, offering picturesque walks and opportunities to observe local wildlife, including deer, otters, and various bird species, while ample parking is available at the rear of the castle, with shops and restaurants just a mile away in Fettercairn.
