The villa is designed for entertainment, featuring a superb lakeside terrace, a top-floor solarium, and extensive communal areas that include a banquette dining snug and a dedicated relaxation and home cinema zone, ensuring ample space for social gatherings and family fun.

Set within an expansive 850-acre estate, The Lakeside Villa is part of a rural luxury destination that encompasses freshwater lakes, lush meadows, and wooded landscapes. This seasonal restriction highlights the estate's commitment to environmental preservation while still offering a luxurious experience for visitors.

The villa's location in Lechlade places it within reach of several cultural and recreational attractions. Guests can explore the Tolsey Museum and Wyvern Theatre, or visit historical landmarks such as Kelmscott Manor and Cotswolds Woollen Weavers. Families traveling with children can enjoy nearby attractions like the Cotswold Wildlife Park or attend events at The Energy Check County Ground. The surrounding area also offers opportunities for outdoor activities, including game walks and birdwatching, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Cotswolds.
