The house spans four floors and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, enhancing the overall experience of staying in this coastal haven.

Situated less than a mile from the nearest beach and amenities, Beach House provides convenient access to the beautiful Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property is well-equipped for families, featuring a range of child-friendly amenities. It includes five en-suite bathrooms, two family bathrooms, and various sleeping arrangements, such as super king-sized zip and link beds, cabin beds, and bunk beds, ensuring comfort for all guests. Additionally, the home is designed with entertainment in mind, featuring a home cinema system, a pool table, and a cozy log burner.

Guests are welcome to bring up to three dogs, though they must be kept on the ground floor or in the basement and are not permitted on the furniture. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. For added luxury, a hot tub is available for guests to enjoy, with arrangements made directly through the homeowner. The property also offers private parking for four cars, and essential utilities such as a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a five-ring stove oven, fridge freezer, and dishwasher, are provided for a comfortable stay.

Upon booking, guests will receive detailed travel and key collection instructions via email after full payment is made. It is important to note that an Accidental Damage Deposit or Waiver may be required.
