The heart of Kingillie House is its warm and welcoming kitchen, equipped with an Aga, a four-door cooking range, a gas cooker, and two dishwashers, perfect for preparing meals together around a large farm table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy sitting room with an open fire, creating an ideal space for relaxation after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy three newly refurbished bathrooms, a shower-room, and a separate WC, all designed to cater to the needs of a larger group. The property also welcomes pets, although guests are advised to keep dogs under control due to nearby sheep.

Outside, Kingillie House provides access to a wealth of outdoor activities, including scenic walks, lochs, and hills, with Loch Ness just a 20-minute drive away for those interested in the legendary creature and the historic Urquhart Castle. The surrounding area offers various attractions such as swimming pools, adventure parks, and the towering trees of Reelig Glen.
