The farmhouse offers six well-appointed bedrooms, including two king-size beds, two doubles, three singles (with two zip & link), and a set of bunk beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for all guests. On the ground floor, visitors will find a living room, a small kitchenette, a twin bedroom with an ensuite, a bathroom, and a utility room. The upper level consists of four ensuite bedrooms and an additional single room, providing comfort and privacy for everyone in the group.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the direct access to various recreational activities, whether hiking up the nearby mountain ridge or strolling down to the beach at Fairbourne. Barmouth, located less than three miles away, offers shopping and dining opportunities. Nearby attractions include the serene Cregennan Lakes, ideal for fishing and nature observation, and the historic Fairbourne Railway for a scenic excursion. The property also features a large outdoor area with stunning views, a handmade table, charcoal BBQ, firepit, and a sauna that accommodates up to 10 people, complete with a remarkable picture window overlooking the estuary.
