Little Owl, designed for up to four guests, includes two bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a family bathroom. It is equipped with a woodburner, underfloor heating, and an HD TV to ensure comfort and convenience. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is complemented by essential utilities such as an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. One well-behaved dog is permitted, and guests are reminded to adhere to pet policies, ensuring that pets are not left unattended or allowed on furniture.

Barn Owl accommodates six guests with three bedrooms, including one on the ground floor and another with an en-suite bathroom. Similar to Little Owl, it features a woodburner and underfloor heating, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The nearest beach is just a ten-minute walk away, while essential amenities can be found within four miles. This barn also allows one well-behaved pet, with the same guidelines for pet care as Little Owl.
