To the right, a large and cozy living area invites relaxation, complete with a log burner and patio doors that open onto the garden, offering views of the Shropshire Union Canal. The dining room, located to the left, comfortably seats eight, while the expansive kitchen at the rear serves as the heart of the home, featuring a breakfast bar, sofa, and patio doors leading to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including an American-style fridge/freezer, and benefits from underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, ensuring warmth during colder months.
