The Rowan features a spacious and open-plan kitchen/diner on the ground floor, fully equipped for a self-catering experience, complete with modern appliances like a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. It comfortably accommodates dining for up to six people, alongside a cozy seating area. The ground floor also includes two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with twin beds—alongside a family bathroom equipped with a bath and shower attachment.
