This newly refurbished space, which once served as part of the original servants' quarters of the historic Weech House—established in 1790—can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, making it ideal for two couples. The property features one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a lounge with a kitchenette equipped with a double sofa bed, and an additional separate shower room. With central heating and double glazing, guests can enjoy a cozy environment throughout their stay.

The historical significance of Weech House adds a unique charm to Little Weech, as it was once owned by Violet Cavendish-Bentick, the Queen Mum’s aunt. The Queen Mum herself visited the residence on several occasions, along with the current Queen and her sister, Margaret. The accommodation boasts convenient amenities, including designated parking and a private entrance that leads to a spacious covered area suitable for storing bicycles, surfboards, and other outdoor equipment. The entrance is easily accessible via three small steps, ensuring a welcoming entry for all guests.

Situated just a ten-minute walk from Dawlish’s vibrant center, Little Weech offers easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and pubs, as well as the town beach and public transport links, including the railway and buses. Additionally, essential services such as the hospital and doctors' surgery are also within walking distance, enhancing the convenience of the location. Dawlish itself is renowned for its scenic beauty, nestled between Devon's rolling countryside and the dramatic sandstone cliffs along the coast.

The town of Dawlish is characterized by its stunning parks, featuring colorful flower beds and tall palm trees, which create a picturesque backdrop for the cascading brook that flows toward the sea.
