Situated in the charming Tudhoe Village, just four miles from the historic city of Durham, our first-floor holiday apartment offers a serene countryside retreat perfect for a relaxing getaway. This accommodation, which comfortably sleeps three guests in two bedrooms, is nestled within a picturesque setting that invites leisurely local walks. The apartment is part of a family-run establishment, The Green Tree, a 17th-century public house and restaurant that has been lovingly managed by our family for the past 15 years, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.

Hosts Murrie and James, along with their children Miles and Grace, along with their miniature Dachshund, Hugo, reside on-site, providing a personal touch to your stay. The Green Tree serves as a central hub for the community, where guests can enjoy traditional North Eastern hospitality. The recently refurbished apartment combines modern comforts with the rustic charm of the surrounding area, making it an ideal choice for those seeking both relaxation and a taste of local culture.
