The property has been thoughtfully refurbished in 2022, showcasing a modern aesthetic and a private patio that overlooks the picturesque Lochend Park.

The spacious open-plan living area is designed for comfort, featuring a large sofa, a cozy armchair, and a multi-channel television, all framed by leafy views of the park. The newly equipped kitchen boasts modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a sizable fridge/freezer, making it ideal for guests who enjoy home-cooked meals. The bedroom offers a restful haven with a king-size bed, ample storage through fitted wardrobes, a vanity corner unit, and a wall-mounted TV for leisurely mornings. This property is a labor of love for a retired couple with family ties to Edinburgh, and they have taken great care to furnish the flat with high-quality fixtures and fittings. It is important to note that hypoallergenic bedding is not provided, and there is an additional fee for setting up the sofa bed if needed. A refundable damage/security deposit of £200 is required seven days prior to arrival, with a strict policy against smoking and parties. At least one guest must be over 25 years old, and check-in is from 4 PM, with check-out before 11 AM.

Guests are encouraged to coordinate their arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours in advance, and a late fee applies for arrivals after 9 PM.
