Beautifully set in 70 acres of parkland of The Cotswold Manor Estate, The Manor Court is a barn conversion with a vaulted kitchen/sitting/dining room and predominantly glazed with far reaching views across parkland. Bedroom 1 is wheelchair friendly with increased floor space, wider doors and leading to an open plan adapted wet-room with underfloor heating. Super fast ‘Air-Fibre’ broadband is provided, plus a 43inch HDTV/DVD in the sitting room, and TVs in some bedrooms. The kitchen includes oak work tops, a range cooker, ‘American style’ fridge/freezer, island with additional low level fridge, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. Digital electric heating throughout, and oak flooring on the ground floor.
Guests at The Manor Court enjoy exclusive use of a hot tub, barbecue and patio furniture set in private lawns, as well as shared use of 70 acres of parkland featuring natural ponds/picnic areas. The closely mown fields are perfect for zorbing and a variety of ball games, 'Hen/Stag party Olympics', and just lazing.
For guests entertainment, there is also shared access to a Games Barn with pool table, football table, table tennis and sports equipment.
The local gastro pub is just a gentle 1 mile walk via a footpath - our guests can enjoy a private dining room with complimentary drinks and shuttle service.
Pets are welcome at a surcharge of £50 each.
This vacation home is located in Carterton.
