SLEEPS 8 & baby in 4 bedrooms: 2 King Size, 1 Twin and 1 set bunks Seascape is a superb, detached chalet bungalow with fantastic " sea views" over the Wash to the Lincolnshire coast from the first floor sitting room . The charming village of Old Hunstanton is a short walk with pubs, restaurants and safe, sandy beach. Hunstanton town centre is a lovely, ten minute walk along the cliff tops. The area is renowned for its bird watching, walks and water sports. Local restaurants are only a short walk and the West Norfolk coast and countryside with many interests such as Golf, Stately Homes, Bird Reserves, etc only minutes by car. Old Hunstanton Golf Links are just a short walk although there is a car park. The Norfolk Coastal Path is also close by. Ground floor; Entrance into hallway with two bedrooms; one with a king size bed with shower ensuite and the other with twins. Family bathroom having bath, ( hand held shower over) washbasin and WC. Separate WC and washbasin. Open plan living area with triple ceiling to floor patio doors to take advantage of the garden and patio. Freeview TV. Kitchen area with breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, and access to the conservatory which has a sea view and doors onto garden. First floor; Staircase to two more bedrooms: Master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC: Bedroom four has bunks. Shower room with washbasin, WC and shower. Upstairs sitting room with TV with picture window to take advantage of the superb views across the Wash and beyond. Garden; Lawns, patio and furniture. BBQ (provide your own charcoal). Parking: Amble parking off road on drive. No pets ( however please note for those with allergies that the owner brings her own dog). No Short Breaks.
