This beautiful cottage is located in a peaceful and tranquil setting in a glorious valley, just a few miles from the historic town of Kirriemuir in the spectacular Angus glens. This is a paradise for walkers, hikers and mountain bikers with numerous hills, mountain ranges and country tracks to explore. The River Esk is close at hand for trout and salmon fishing, and golfers are spoilt for choice with Kirriemuir, Forfar, Rosemount, Alyth and Blairgowrie courses all close by. The wonderful and vibrant cities of Dundee, Perth and Aberdeen are also within easy reach, each offering excellent shopping and leisure facilities. With outdoor activity centres, farm parks and wildlife centres nearby, this is a fantastic base for your holiday. On entering this charming property, you will find yourself in the cosy and inviting lounge, complete with traditional wood burner, comfy furnishings and TV/DVD. Moving into the tastefully designed kitchen/diner, you will find plenty of equipment including an electric range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, TV/DVD and an attractive dining area. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the utility room, and there is also a handy boot room with log store. You will find one bedroom on the ground floor: a double with en suite shower room with WC, which is accessed via 3 steps. Exploring further, the ground floor also offers a bathroom, complete with bath, separate shower and WC, as well as a separate WC. Moving up to the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms. There s a king size zip and link (which can be made into twin beds by request), and a twin zip and link (which can be made into a king size bed on request). Please note that several rooms are accessed via a few steps. Stepping outside, you can sit back in the large enclosed garden which has its own delightful summer house with seating area and fire pit, BBQ and a custom built bench overlooking the stunning Glen Cova. Ample off road parking is available. Please note that dogs may be walked on the farmland, however care must be taken due to the presence of livestock.
