Space
Versatile large 4 bed apartment, big light and airy lounge/diner with kingsize sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space over two floors. To accommodate parties of all sizes from one person to nine people we charge a base nightly rate that includes one person. Then we charge a per person per night fee so that it makes it fair for everyone whether you are two people or nine you will pay a fair price for the property.
The property is brand new throughout as we've recently refurbished the whole building.
Guest access
The whole apartment. If only a couple of guests just the one floor. If you need more bedrooms there are 3 more on the floor above! There is also a sofa bed in the lounge if needed. The main entrance is a street level and access to the living and sleeping areas is up one set of stairs where there is a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and up another flight of stairs for second bathroom and bedrooms.

Neighbourhood overview
Lovely seaside town with loads of activities come rain or shine. My place is close to the beach, great views, parks, restaurants and dining, shops and cafes, Trecco bay theme park and swimming pool. You’ll love the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the people.

Depending on other bookings check in and out can be flexible.
We don't have our own private parking, however there are a few street parking spaces directly outside the property and also available in nearby streets. If a space directly outside is not available when you arrive you can unload and then drive to find a parking space.
We are listed as Verified Accommodation with Visit Wales.
Located in Porthcawl, this apartment is next to a golf course and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Kenfig National Nature Reserve and Margam Country Park, while Margam Stones Museum and Bridgend Minature Railway are cultural highlights. Surf School Wales and Taskforce Paint Ball Games are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping.
