The space
Summerhill has been decorated from the heart producing a very homely and traditional feeling throughout the property.
After arriving you cannot help but stop to take in the breathtaking views that surround you as you climb the entrance steps from the easily accessible three car driveway.
You're greeted as you enter the home with traditional beauty with art pieces spread through-out. A large dining room can be found to the left housing a fantastic table and chairs for you and your family so you can enjoy the best produce Wales has to offer from the tasteful shops in Gower that’s only a few minute's drive away.
Just through the dining room you will find yourself in a delightfully large kitchen carrying on with the traditional theme that's found throughout the home.
To the right of the entrance hall is a cosy sitting area for you to relax after the day’s events. You will find the TV located here that has a BT subscription connected.
Upstairs you will find three welcoming bedrooms housing five beds, Two King sizes, One Double and Two single.
Guest access
Summerhill is only a short drive to Mumbles and if you want to take a break from cooking you will find a thriving restaurant and café scene. Local attractions include Oystermouth Castle, Woebly Castle, Dan-yr-Ogof caves, Rhossili Bay, Oxwich Bay and Mumbles pier.
Other things to note
My property has outside areas which have decking or slabs, with steps leading to these areas at the rear of the property. Please ensure children are supervised in these areas and take is taken when climbing steps/while walking.
The Wi-Fi speeds go up to 15mbps dependent on the location within the house.
I will allow pets but must be well behaved and not left unattended. The Garden isn't surrounded so dogs will be able to escape from it. Any damage due to house rules not being followed will be charged for.
There will be a fee for lost keys of £100 if you find yourself locked out. Please get in contact asap and we’ll get you back into the property as quick as we can.
