With 5 double bedrooms and one children's dormitory sleeping 7 (lower bunks are doubles) a playroom/cinema room, large living room with sofa seating 8-10, open plan kitchen/dining room, with two dining areas. This house is very spacious and light. There is also an exterior games room/bar/dining area/yoga studio. A mile and a half away from West Wittering Beach and Itchenor harbour, the house is surrounded by beautiful country walks and cycle rides. The historic town of Chichester is approximately 5 miles away with its famous theatre and cathedral. Just behind it lie the South Downs and Goodwood, with its race course, golf and various cultural festivals. Chichester golf club is approximately 3 miles away. Booking is 7 days minimum.
