They are situated in the grounds of Gowland Farm in the valley of Harwood Dale, only four miles from the seaside town of Scarborough. The cottages have every modern comfort, leaving old features such as oak beams and deep-set cottage windows and are surrounded by a large garden you are welcome to relax in and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of Harwood Dale.
Accommodation:
This cottage is the end part of the larger farm building and comprises of an entrance, open plan kitchen with dining facilities. There is a bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. The cosy lounge is on the first floor where the velux windows let in a lot of light, along with another window looking out over adjacent farmland.
