Brilliantly located between Honor Oak Park, Catford, and Forest Hill train stations and just a short walk to excellent local restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Apartment comes with access to the "Secret Garden, terrace, massive sofa, TV and quick wifi for your cosy nights at home.
The space
There are some great convenient shops only a few hundred metres away; one of London's celebrated proper pubs Blythe Hill Tavern also only a few hundred metres away; the Horniman museum, aquarium and gardens just over a mile away with a fab Sunday market full of interesting stalls including an amazing variety of food.
Apartment is split over two floors with 2 double bedrooms- one is ensuite. There is a free street parking on most of the road outside.
Guest access
Apartment has its own private secret garden with wonderful deck plus huge wooden round table and chairs, trees and bushes, BBQ, patio etc. There is a balcony with table and 4 chairs

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of £150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke on the property.

This apartment is located in Lewisham, a neighborhood in London. O2 Arena and The British Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Tower Bridge and Tower of London. London Eye and Natural History Museum are not to be missed.
