The house is constructed from two converted vintage railway carriages, and has been in the family for generations, the hosts have gone to great lengths to make Seasidings a home from home with comfortable furnishings and and a modern living spaces.
Entering the house through the rear there is a modern bathroom and utility area leading into the kitchen which has everything you would need to comfortably self cater including dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. The large sitting room is thoughtfully and comfortably furnished for 10 guests and looks through to a further seating area with direct views onto the sea, this area again leads through to a glass dining area that sits slightly proud of the main house giving stunning, panoramic views of the beach to the east and the west.
Outside there is plenty of parking, follow the steps up to the terraced area with a barbecue and patio and leading to the entrance. To the rear of the house there is a small patio area with another barbecue (please move this onto the beach before using) and seating areas all positioned to enjoy the vista. There are bean bags available for use on the beach.
The hosts at this property will accept a dog at this property by request.

Bognor Regis is a traditional seaside town located in the heart of the south coast of England. It mixes traditional features, such as its pier, with modern amenities including the Butlins holiday resort. The popular beach at Bognor Regis has been a draw to the area for decades and retains much of the sea front character associated with great English resorts.
The historic cathedral cities of Chichester and Arundel are both within a 15 to 20 minute drive and offer a wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. A little further along the coast to the west is the city of Portsmouth, home to the British Navy and boasting such attractions as the Mary Rose and HMS Victory. Along the coast to the east is the cosmopolitan city of Brighton, with a wealth of independent shops and lively night life.
To the north can be found the South Downs National Park and many picturesque country villages. The famous Goodwood Estate, host of the Glorious Goodwood horse racing festival and motor racing events such as the Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival. There is also a mainline railway station in Bognor Regis, with a direct line to London Victoria.
This cottage is located in Bognor Regis. Chichester Castle and Chichester Market Cross are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre and Lakeside Superbowl. Bishop's Palace Gardens and Harbour Park are also worth visiting.
