Uldale is a Grade II listed barn conversion in a small group near the village of Bassenthwaite. The cottage has a four poster double, and a room with three singles on the ground floor, along with a shower room and utility. Upstairs is a double room with en-suite, and the open plan living area with wonderful views across to Skiddaw. Outside is ample off road parking, a shared games room and shared grounds with furniture and a children's play area. Uldale is a welcoming family base for enjoying walking, climbing, watersports and stunning scenery.

Amenities: Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books and DVDs. Town: Situated just a short distance to the north east of Bassenthwaite Lake is the attractive village of Bassenthwaite itself. This charming settlement retains its traditional, rural feel and boasts a stream which winds through the outskirts of the village in addition to whitewashed Lakeland cottages, a well-maintained green and a real ale inn, full of character. Bassenthwaite Lake offers rolling hillside scenery and remains one of the most picturesque places in England. Points of interest nearby include Mirehouse - a grand home and gardens on the shores of the Lake - Trotters Farm, and Dodd Wood. Most of the attractions of the wider region are within easy driving distance whilst the quieter Northern Fells are almost on the doorstep. The towns of Cockermouth and Keswick and close by and both host weekly markets and a good range of other amenities.

Located in Keswick, this cottage is in a rural area and in the mountains.
