The flat consists of 1 bedroom (with a double bed), 1 bathroom, airy living room (with a sofa bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Linen, towels, TV, and WiFi provided.

The apartment is located in one of the most exclusive areas of London; just a short walk from the fashionable King’s Road, well known for its style dating back to the 1960s and some of London’s many fashion icons such as Mary Quant and Vivienne Westwood. It is just minutes away from Fulham Broadway Underground Station and West Brompton overground station; both providing superb links into Central London and excellent access to Heathrow Airport in 40 minutes and Gatwick Airport within an hour.

Chelsea is fashionable, exclusive and buzzing, with an incredible selection of bars and restaurants, the Dove and the Blue Anchor in Hammersmith are popular among locals, while the Crabtree in Fulham comes highly recommended with an eclectic menu and drinks selection. There’s also easy access to a number of local supermarkets and take away restaurants if you’d prefer to dine at home.

House Rules:
We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.

**Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 9pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight.

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
