PLEASE NOTE, the cottage is professionally cleaned for each turnaround and towels and linen are laundered by a professional laundry company. We use antibacterial cleaning products. Extra housekeeping is available on request.

We welcome children over 5 years old. Unfortunately we don't have facilities for younger guests.
We should just mention that unfortunately the cottage is not suitable for anyone requiring wheelchair access. Also, there are 3 steps up to the bedrooms.
Winters Cottage is a non-smoking property.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets.
SHORT BREAKS: In some cases you may prefer a shorter break which we are happy to arrange but hope you will understand we would have to charge the minimum rate quoted.
Located in Kirriemuir, this cottage is in a rural area and in the mountains. Gateway to the Glens Museum and Meffan Institute and Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include J.M. Barrie's Birthplace and Catherthuns. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
