The house has undergone extensive renovations in recent years, blending modern comforts with rustic charm. It features central heating throughout and a multi-fuel fire in the lounge, providing warmth during colder months. The ground floor includes a spacious lounge area with a bay window, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with an American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a brand-new disabled-friendly en-suite wet room. The conservatory serves as a dining area, comfortably seating ten and featuring air conditioning for year-round comfort.
