Located on a quiet tree lined road in Bournemouth, minutes from a Blue Flag sandy beach. DETACHED, 1930’s, spacious 8 bedroom house, sensitively refurbished to a high end luxury standard. Corner plot, 3 floors, 11 big rooms & 4 bathrooms. Gated driveway with off road parking for up to 8 cars.

The Grand Entrance Hallway is perfect to treat arriving guests to a champagne reception. Built in sound proofing throughout the house, enhances guest privacy during those especially celebratory moments. Much of house and garden is shielded from view by tall fences, trees and mature shrubs, separating 3 grassy lawns.

Pamper yourself without leaving the house. Beauty treatment room contains hair dresser chairs, large mirrors and massage table. Large period bay window overlooking mature shrubs, lawn and a weeping willow tree in garden.

Close to everything. 6-minute drive to sandy Blue Flag beach with free parking. 10-minute drive to the Bournemouth town centre. 8-minute drive to a recently refurbished SPA (steam rooms, saunas & Jacuzzi).

The house is run by a friendly and flexible couple who welcome family groups willing to show consideration to neighbours at all times of the day.

Sorry, but this is not a party house and cannot be used as a venue for a house party. Also, we can no longer accept bookings from groups where one or more person is a smoker. Reasonable use of our house does not include talking and laughing loudly, whilst enjoying an evening/ night-time cigarette in the house, the garden or anywhere near the house or neighbouring properties.
