Purpose built for families or friends (including those with less mobile family members) who wish to explore Snowdonia. Sleeping up to 10 people, Llety'r Adar's accommodation is all on the ground floor with 4 good size bedrooms consisting of two double rooms, a large family room with two single beds and a set of bunks, and one bunk room (all top bunks suitable for children over 6 years). There are three shower rooms including a private level access shower suitable for wheelchair users. The house has a spacious kitchen diner with TV, easy chairs and large dining table and a cosy lounge with couches, bean bags, a TV and DVD player. For outdoor dining there is a small additional prep kitchen with larder fridge, microwave and sink, perfect for preparing picnic hampers and packed lunches for all those long walks and to make easier to get ready for the barbecue! Externally there is a large sundeck with picnic tables and deckchairs, perfect for a family BBQ. Guests may make use of the laundry room (housing a coin operated washer and dryer) and a shared grassed area. Facilities include full central heating , a fridge freezer and larder fridge, 2 microwaves, a 5 ring gas hob and electric fan oven. All bed linen is supplied together with one bath and one hand towel per person, the heating. hot water and electricity are included in the tariff. Two cots available, please request cots at time of booking. The owners are discretely on hand if needed. This is a no smoking property. Sorry no pets allowed. A good housekeeping deposit of £100 is payable on arrival at the accommodation.
