The Grade II Listed Manor House boasts endless charm and character, with plenty of space for the whole group to socialise, the home is perfect for reunions or special family occasions. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation which comprises of a drawing room, cosy sitting room, formal dining room and a farmhouse-style kitchen fully equipped with an AGA and all the tools you could possibly need to create a delicious meal! Bexhill Country Manor can comfortably accommodate up to fourteen guests across its six beautifully appointed bedrooms, four of which boast either a king or double bed, while one is a twin, ideal for siblings or friends to share. The six bedrooms share the use of three family bathrooms.
Outside, there is plenty of space for games on the lawn, while the patio makes the ideal spot for a relaxing sundowner in the evening. On request and for an additional charge, the owners can arrange for a hot tub to be hired for your stay – heaven!
Bexhill Country Manor is situated in a semi-rural position, set on the outskirts of the seaside town of Bexhill-on-Sea. The closest amenities, including restaurants and a Tesco Express, can be found in the area of Little Common, just a 2-minute car journey away. A wider selection of shops and restaurants can be found in the centre of Bexhill, less than a 10-minute drive away. The closest beach, Cooden, is just a 5-minute car journey away or alternatively, 35-40 minutes away on foot.
For those looking to further explore East Sussex and the surrounding area, the larger towns of Eastbourne and Hastings are both just a 20-minute drive away. Hastings boasts a huge selection of family-friendly attractions, including Hastings Castle, Smugglers Adventure, Blue Reef Aquarium and Adventure Golf courses, as well as its artsy and happening Old Town with independent eateries and excellent boutique shopping.
