With some fabulous walks available from your front door, this area is a haven for walking and cycling. Helvellyn, Skiddaw and Catbells are all on your doorstep and there are loads of choices when it comes to sailing, climbing and horse riding or 4x4 off roading in the local area. The Keswick Brewery is a short drive away and offers tours and the chance to sample some of the local ales. For the adrenaline junkies in your party why not try Go Ape or younger members of the family might like to visit the local Alpaca centre which has some fabulous walks. As you enter the property into the lobby the lounge is to your left and the large kitchen with feature island is to the right. The lounge has a large wall mounted Smart TV and comfortable seating. and through the archway there is a beautiful feature dining area where you can catch up over dinner in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave combi oven, two fridge/freezers and dishwasher. There are bar stools situated at the end of the island which are perfect for enjoying a coffee or breakfast. Head up the stairs to the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two of which have TV's and one twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom situated between the bedrooms on the first floor which features a bath, separate shower and WC. To the front of the property there is a small decked area where you can sit out enjoy the fell views and catch up after a day out exploring. There is ample private parking available to the front of the property.
