The house spans three floors, showcasing a coastal theme throughout, and features two comfortable sitting rooms. The highlight of the top floor is a contemporary open-plan living space that offers breathtaking views of the village, while a garden annexe on the ground floor provides additional accommodation with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a shower room, and a games room equipped with table football.

Upon entering Trethoway, guests are greeted by a warm, homely atmosphere infused with coastal charm. To the right, a lovely dining room invites social family dinners, while to the left, the sitting room boasts three cozy sofas, coastal decor, a television, an extensive collection of books, and a characterful wood-burning stove, which serves as a decorative feature only. The kitchen, located at the rear, is well-equipped with a range cooker, a small breakfast bar, a dishwasher, a large fridge, and a separate freezer, alongside a pantry and utility room complete with a double sink and microwave. An outside shed houses the washing machine for added convenience.

The first floor is accessible via a beautifully designed staircase featuring a stunning window, leading to three charming bedrooms adorned with bespoke decor in calming blue tones. Two of these bedrooms come with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom includes a double bed and an additional single bed. A family bathroom, equipped with a bath, handheld shower, wash basin, and WC, is also found on this level. Ascending to the second floor, guests will discover the bright and airy open-plan living area, which is flooded with natural light from large windows that offer spectacular views of Port Isaac. This space includes a second sitting area with a chic corner sofa and television, a dining table for four, a kitchenette, and another bedroom with a small double bed, along with a shower room.

The garden annexe provides further accommodation options for larger groups, featuring a separate entrance, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a kitchenette with essential appliances, a shower room, and a games room with table football. Outside, the charming patio area offers alfresco seating and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying delicious Cornish produce with the entire family.
