Upon entering the converted bull pen, guests are greeted by a warm and inviting porch, where muddy boots can be left behind. The well-equipped kitchen, featuring an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, serves as a perfect starting point for daily adventures, complemented by a cozy breakfast table. The lounge area is designed for relaxation, complete with an open fire and comfortable seating, leading into a dining room that can accommodate festive meals with its large wooden table. A snug area with a TV and sofa bed provides additional space for guests.
Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and versatile, with a double bedroom featuring an en suite shower room, two super king size zip and link bedrooms that can be configured as twins, and a family room with a double bed and a single bed. The property also includes a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside, guests can enjoy mature gardens equipped with dining facilities, a BBQ, and a hot tub for relaxation after a day of exploration. Additional amenities include a two-acre enclosed area for dogs, a tennis court, secure bicycle storage, and off-road parking for five cars. For gatherings, a party tent and Bull bar can be rented for events of up to 30 guests, adding to the property’s appeal for celebrations and family reunions.
