Additionally, with an on-site bar, shop, and restaurant, guests have convenient access to dining and refreshments without needing to venture far.
The lodge's prime location provides access to numerous attractions and charming villages. Just seven miles away is Padstow, a quaint fishing village, while Newquay, known for its five stunning beaches, is only ten miles away. Guests can visit nearby attractions such as the Birds of Prey Centre, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Oasis Fun Pool, Eden Project, and Cornwall Crealy Adventure Park, all within a ten-mile radius. Other local towns, including Port Isaac, famous for its portrayal in the TV series "Doc Martin," the surfing hotspot of Polzeath, and the historic cathedral city of Truro, are within a twenty-mile distance, offering a rich selection of experiences and sights.
Upon entering the lodge, guests are greeted by a welcoming hallway that leads to two of the four well-appointed bedrooms located on the ground floor. These include a charming super king-size zip link (which can be configured as a twin upon request) and a cozy double bedroom. The ground floor also features a family bathroom and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, which serves as an inviting space for relaxation and gatherings. The lounge is equipped with comfortable seating for cozy evenings, a Smart TV, and large doors that open onto a private deck, providing stunning views of the surrounding park and countryside.
Ascending to the upper level of the lodge, guests will discover an open-plan sitting/playroom that includes a pool table, additional seating, and another Smart TV, along with large patio doors leading to a second terrace for outdoor enjoyment. This floor also hosts two more elegant bedrooms: another super king-size zip link (which can be converted to a twin upon request) and a twin zip link that can also be set up as a super king-size. A charming shower room completes this level. Outside, the lodge features two decked patio areas, and guests have full access to the resort’s fantastic on-site facilities, which are available for an additional charge, making this lodge an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking both relaxation and adventure in a beautiful setting.
