The barn's layout is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and convenience. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a spacious hallway that includes a WC and a utility room equipped with a washer and dryer. The bright and airy lounge/diner, complete with a wood burner, serves as a cozy gathering spot for unwinding with a TV or enjoying a DVD after a day of exploration. The adjoining kitchen area is stylishly appointed with luxury appliances, including a range-style electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, all complemented by stunning views of the rolling hills that surround the property.
Accommodations within the barn feature a variety of sleeping arrangements to cater to different needs. On the lower level, guests will find a spacious king-size bedroom with an en suite shower and WC, alongside another king-size bedroom that also includes an en suite wet room. Additionally, there is a king-size zip-and-link bedroom that can be configured as a twin upon request, as well as a further twin room. A shared stylish bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower, and WC is conveniently located for guests in these bedrooms.
Outside, the property boasts a generous private, enclosed garden that offers breathtaking views, a patio area with garden furniture, and a BBQ, making it an ideal setting for alfresco dining. Accessed via external steps from the first-floor kitchen or hallway, the garden provides a peaceful retreat. Additionally, there is a communal courtyard and children's play area shared with one other property at the rear. Off-road parking for up to four cars is available in the adjacent parking area, ensuring a hassle-free stay for all guests.
