Upon entering the Grade II listed property, guests are welcomed into an upper floor open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area featuring charming beamed ceilings and a spacious corner sofa. The well-equipped kitchen includes two ovens, a hob, a microwave, and a dishwasher, along with a separate utility room housing a washer/dryer. The lower floor hosts two bedrooms: a super king-size room that can be configured as a twin upon request, complete with an en suite shower room, and a king-size room with its own en suite shower and WC. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and DVD player for guest entertainment.
Additionally, the bottom floor contains two more bedrooms, including another super king that can also be made into a twin, along with an en suite shower room, and a final room featuring a super king bed that can be converted to a twin, with an en suite bathroom that includes a shower over the bath. A separate WC is conveniently located on the middle floor. The property boasts ample outdoor space, including the expansive farmland and a garden with a spacious terrace furnished for al fresco dining, accommodating eight guests comfortably, or ten if the adjacent Parlour is booked. Off-road parking is also available for guests’ convenience.
