Guests can also enjoy a variety of year-round attractions nearby, including The Eden Project, Plymouth Aquarium, and the legendary King Arthur's Castle at Tintagel, making it a perfect spot for family vacations or group getaways.

On the farm, guests can immerse themselves in nature with opportunities for wildlife observation, including a dedicated hide overlooking the River Ottery and webcams that stream live footage of the surrounding area. The expansive grounds invite exploration with two miles of riverside walks, while additional activities such as clay pigeon shooting and river fishing (both fly and coarse) provide exciting outdoor experiences. The heated outdoor swimming pool is available from late May to the end of September, and guests can also admire an impressive collection of classic British motorcycles, including Ariel, BSA, and Triumph models, with prior arrangement with the owners.

Accommodation includes a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room on the ground floor, while the upper level features two king-size bedrooms (each with en suite shower rooms), a bunk bedroom, and a family bathroom. It is important to note that the upstairs bedrooms have sloping ceilings, which may affect accessibility.
