Benefiting from a quiet location, this stylish home has easy access into the heart of Peak District National Park. There are numerous walks close by and Carsington Water, with lots of activities such as cycling and water sports on offer, is also nearby. Chatsworth House and Kedleston Hall are all a short drive away, as are pretty towns and villages such as Matlock Bath, Ashbourne, Bakewell and Buxton, all of which boast an array of shops and restaurants. Alton Towers is just a drive away by car and provides a magical day out for all the family, or head to Derby for the day with a host of culinary options and a spot of good old fashioned retail therapy. Guests enter onto the ground floor of this lovingly converted barn into the hallway which to the left leads you through to the spacious yet cosy lounge area. This room retains its character with beams and exposed stone walls. You'll find there's a large four seater sofa and a further four armchairs which provide a comfortable area in which to relax and unwind in the front the Smart TV, where you can watch or stream your favourite shows. The dining area is across the hallway and provides a wonderful spot to gather around with loved ones whilst indulging in some nice food and good conversation. The chef of the group will feel at home with everything you d want from a kitchen including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a wine fridge. There is also a utility room that houses a washing machine/tumble dryer. Downstairs to the lower ground floor, there is a shower room with a shower and WC, perfect for revitalising your senses after a busy day out exploring. Heading up to the first floor, there is a super king size bedroom with storage, vanity table and a Smart TV, as well as the main bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. Upstairs to the second floor is the second bedroom which is best suited for children. It has a bespoke double bunk bed sleeping up to four children, a chest of drawers and a Smart TV. Lastly, you'll find the master bedroom which has a super king size bed, a chest of drawers, vanity table, hanging rail and a Smart TV along with an en suite shower room with shower and WC. The outside lawed area is to the front of the barn and is fully enclosed, complete with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ why not sip on some cocktails and enjoy some al fresco dining? There is private off road parking for up to two cars.
