The South Devon beaches and North Cornwall are less than an hour away and the County Town of Taunton is just over 2 miles away. It truly offers something for everyone. The superb 18th century split level barn provides a luxury escape it offers an accessible base from which to explore the whole area The spacious ground floor provides a great social hub for friends and family to enjoy some time together. Entering the property through the main entrance door leads you to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts the original stone wall, stunning oak floor and beams, two large comfy leather sofas, chairs, a TV, PlayStation 4 and a wood burner along with a full basket of logs provided for your use and a selection of games, books & DVD s are provided, steps lead up to the kitchen/diner with seating for eight, the dining table creates a great space for entertaining. The kitchen is furnished with all you need to create a big family meal, there is an electric double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Just off the kitchen is a separate WC. Completing the ground floor is the first of the bedrooms, a double with TV and there is also a shower room with WC. A beautiful oak staircase leads up to the two remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and a TV and the second bedroom offers a king size bed with an additional single bed along with a TV. The main bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. Stepping outside to the rear of the barn is a small sheltered east facing all weather courtyard complete with a five person hot tub and artificial grass lawn which makes a fantastic sun trap in the summer. On the south elevation is a large garden with a patio area, table, chairs, and charcoal BBQ. There is ample parking for six cars.
